Hi I have sold my car to OLX Autos. They hold the ampunt of RS 12000 which they confirmed that they would be releasing it when the car will be sold to the new customer. The concering point is that the car has been sold to the new owner, yet it is reflecting under my name and also i have not recieved the amount of 12000 which they promised to pay once the car will be sold. I have all the relevant documents and whatsapp chat from OLX Autos where it is clearly mentioned that i have sold the car to OLX autos. It is said in the market that OLX Autos have shut down their business, i tried to call customer service team and also to the agent from OLX autos through whom all the transaction went in place but noone is picking up the call to resolve my serious concern.
