Hi,

This is to address that i have sold my car to OLX Autos in Jul-2023. Now the issue is that during the sell, they hold my amount of Rs 12000 and said that the same will be given to me when the car will be sold to the new owner. The issue is that the car has been sold to the new owner but the amount is still not given to me and noone from OLX Autos is picking up the call and also noone is answering from the customer service team. It is also assumed that the company has been shut down.

The car is also still registered under my name which is a bigger concern. I have all the documents, whatsapp chat where it is clearly mentioned that i have sold the car to OLX Autos.

My OLX account was banned for no reason.

I'm not doing anything which is against the olx law. So why my account is suspend?
I want to back my account ASAP....

If you are not able to display my ad then give my money back asap

I have paid 89 rupees for a 100 rupee note ad but you take 89 rupees from my account and dont show the ad on olx

My account was banned for no reason after posting an ad. So I created another account through alternate mail id. After posting an other ad now, that account has been also banned. Now i can’t access any of my mail id or mobile number connected accounts.

I have purchased an 180rs order from olx for featuring my ad, but my ad is not featured neither I got any receipt from olx.. I'm adding my payment receipt please look into this and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Olx banned my account without any warnimg or cheking history

I have received one offer for one of my add, they told me to share my phone number, immediately received message in my whatsapp and received one QR code, he claimed I will receive payment but that link is for make payment, so I mentioned that number in OLX and asked that user is this your number? Why you send message like this?, immediately my OLX account blocked and what ever account used my mobile all are blocked by OLX. I have sent email with proof to.olx still not received any proper response. My olx account mobile number is [protected]. Hope OLX will check all log files and provide proper response for the harassment made to me by the way of blocking again and again accounts logged in through my mobile.

My olx account under the phone number "[protected]" was banned by team all of a sudden as soon I post an adv for my own phone.

the adv was approved and I received 2 enquires and suddenly they banned my account, I reached out to customer care but no one is saying the reason for suspension.
They keep saying account suspended but is not ready to reveal any reason.

Requesting you to help me in removing the block of my account

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason I again made a account with different number they also banned and I again tried with my family numbers the banned all accounts within a minute I posted a genuine add why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is .. My olx account has banned due to unknown reason since a long time I request olx to pls unbanned my account

I want to buy a second hand car. Therefore I have searched Olx and shortlisted 10 to 15 dealers as per my requirement investing a lot of time.
Accordingly I make offer as per reasonability via text over a short period of time, as I have already shortlisted the dealers and car as well.

Sold my Maruti Alto K10 car in Dec 2022 to OLX. It was promised that the ownership will be changed and the RC will be transferred to the new owner within 6 months. But even after 10 months, the ownership has not been transferred to the new owner. Despite numerous emails and calls to the customer care, no action taken till date. Shivani Singhania (OLX Autos) has confirmed through calls and emails that the car will be transferred to a new owner...

M using olx since many years. Today when i posted ad, suddenly after few mins i saw they suspended my account. Still i login from my second no. But same situation there too. That account too suspended. What the # is going on olx.
Even cant able to call customer care too.

I have seen an advertisement in OLX and contacted them for the vehicle purchase of an Activa 125 bearing registration number KL26L6200 for a value of Rs31, 000/-. He had claimed that he is working in the Army as Subaidhar and that he is getting transferred to Jammu and Kashmir and so that is the reason he is selling the vehicle. He has given the orginal Army identities as proof and faked the original person. We beleived that army vehicle He has provided all the documents and proofs that he is working in the army and also the vehicle through whatsapp. He displayed his contact no: [protected]. So we had made the advance payment for transportation of the vehicle. But at the time of arrival of the vehicle he had made excuses to pay the balance amount and made us to pay 11500 and in total we had lost 16500 through this online fraud. This is a serious scam happening through OLX and I have lost the money. Kindly help to retrive back the amount.

I was cheated yesterday by an army person {..SACHINkumar.} for Rs.320 as delivery also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which I saw when I tried to upload complaint against him online.
