Olx India — Car sold for more than 4 months now but no clarify on the change of ownership yet

Hi team,

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated the way I have been treated by your olx auto reps so far. I sold my car to olx Noida sector 51 via Mr Pankaj and I was told since my car is in the fast moving segment, we'll able to sell off very quickly and will to the transfer of ownership aa soon as possible. Today it is 126th day from when I sold my car and I have absolutely no update. I was told by Mr Suman in January that my car has been sold but then later I was told that was not the correct information and my car is still not sold. I have been treated very badly by Mr Aman Ismail and Pankaj so far and they mostly either disconnect or do not pick my calls at all. I have to say the treatment has been extremely unprofessional by your reps and not the kind of experience that anyone would have expected from Olx.

Could you please look into this matter urgently and let me know what is happening with my car??
