Dear Sir,
I porandla srikanth having Maruthi suzuki swift 2009 LDI model( AP 29 BE 6872) car, Which is sold to OLX India 24 cars having their firm name Sobek auto india pvt ltd for agreement of Rs.1, 80, 000. Consequently the firm has paid Rs.5000 on 07/11/2021 as a token amount . Further company acquired and taken over my car after paying part amount of Rs. 1, 54, 000 on 09/11/2021. As per the agreement company has to transfer the RC in the name of buyer and pay remaining amount of Rs.20, 000, till now i.e., 29/01/2022 the firm has not updated any information even i contacted personal advisor MR.muzahid(employee of OLX) too many times. Also raised a comlaint through their website chatbot. Hence i request you to solve my issue also take action on the company for failing to stand on the agreed period of 45 days to convert complete possession of my vehicle.
I demand the firm has to pay remaining amount of Rs.20, 000 along with late payment penalty and compensation to wasting my precious time and loss to my mental torture.
