[Resolved]  Olx India — Car sold to OLX ownership not yet transferred to new owner

Sold my Maruti Alto K10 car in Dec 2022 to OLX. It was promised that the ownership will be changed and the RC will be transferred to the new owner within 6 months. But even after 10 months, the ownership has not been transferred to the new owner. Despite numerous emails and calls to the customer care, no action taken till date. Shivani Singhania (OLX Autos) has confirmed through calls and emails that the car will be transferred to a new owner within 01 month in June 2023 but till date no reply received nor action has been taken and the car is still not transferred even after 10 months of selling it to OLX.
