[Resolved] Olx India — I am complaining about the olx fraud advance payment | |||
Yesterday i searched for samsung note 8 and i came across the ad the person selling at price 30000rs i messaged him and ask at price 29000rs he agreed on it then he shares his number and name adhar card and a military canteen card where his name mentioned vikram waghmare. I talk with him and he makes sure that to me he's army person he send some of his imgaes on whatsapp from number: +91-[protected] where he sends me handset images he told me that he got gift thats why he is selling at such low price and he requires money in urgent and he keeps comforting me that he is from army, so at 3 may 2018 i sent him 5000rs on his paytm number: +91-[protected] as soon as i sent him 5000rs he call again and ask for more money becasue he wants to buy a cellular phone for use so i sent 3000rs more on the same day. On next day 4 may 2018 early morning he sent me courier receipt on whatsapp where my name and address mentioned so i believe it he is sending me the phone.in afternoon around 2 o'clocki got call from (+91-[protected]) a person who is saying that he's from army courier guy want to give me package but he needs to confirm that seller person (Vikram) set some restriction on package delivery that he wants 10, 000rs vat into his military account otherwise package could not be delivered. So in afternoon 6pm (4th may2018) finally i sent him 10000rs at his same paytm number: [protected] after that i did call to courier guy and asked about the phone status when he is going to deliver then he said today working hour has been closed so we are not going to deliver then i tried to contact vikram and his other contact number all is showing switch off. Now i had been made a police complaint at local police station powai and personally submit one copy at cybercrime. I paid advance and i'm a student and saved for buying a phone and they cheated me. Kindly file an FIR against the seller and OLX will provide all the information related to the seller to the legal authorities.
