[Resolved]  Olx India — Money deducted for Feature Ad but Ad did not get featured.

I paid Rs. 180 for 7 days feature Ad and the money got deducted from my bank account but Ad did not get featured. There is no acknowledgement in the app and no invoice is available. I'm attaching screenshots of the payment receipt. I've faced the same problem a year back where money got deducted and my Ad did not get featured, I took a loss of Rs. 250 then and customer support was of no help. I've had very bad customer support experience from OLX and don't want to lose money this time. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks!
