Hi OLX Team,
I have been patiently following up with your team on this issue from past 1+ year now, I was told by OLX Auto team my old car was black listed in RTO as your channel partner was unable to resell the car, I requested the OLX representative to sent out formal email communication confirm the same, for which i haven't received any communication yet. Today when i rechecked the vehicle status on mParivahan portal it was still showing "Active". So i'm not sure or confident if OLX Auto team has taken necessary steps to resolve this case# 225703.
Kindly look at attached screenshot for reference, looking forward to hear from OLX Auto at the earliest.
