Olx India app is taking wrong category by itself automatically and ask for payments.After the payment is done I figured out the category isn’t different and title is also unmatched to the photo provided.I called the customer care and they say it cannot be changed not refunded.Please help me this is the biggest fraud to charge customers by using softwares.They blame on process and software as if God has made the process and softwares as if he made man and woman and cannot change their genders.

Updated by Rajendra I have paid 999 for 15 ads and won’t be using them.Asked them to delete the add also and give refund so that I can take the package again.They are not agreeing for this also.This is clearly a well planned fraud.
