[Resolved]  Olx India — Olx India Army Officer-Dinesh kumar olx car cheater Fraud

My name is Ahamath.I have seen a advertisement in OLX with car no TN10AR5122, he told me his name is dinesh kumar and he is in army man from salem and want to sell his car due to sudden transfer.So i said that i want to see the car.. for that he replied like that he is suffered with corona and they wont allow outside .. so he said that he will send car outside like that .. so after 2 hrs he called me back and he said he has some rules to send vehicle outside of the camp because he is a army person..For that he said that i want to pay Rs, 5000/.I said i wont pay .. he was keep on asking me .. and then i ask his id card and every information.. he showed that card and also some photo of army and his photo too.. And then he also ask me addhar card and address deliver to my address .. so the deal was fixed at 175000 and he also said like if i like that car then i want to pay remaining amount and else he will return the car like that ..So based on the deal i transferred Rs.5000 and also i gave my aadhar card and dull address.To transfer the amount he said one account no ..and i send 5000 to that account using my phonepe.He said that he will send the recept also and it will reach me via the indian army transport parcel department driver contact number he send me all his army id card, aadhar card, parcel slip in the name dinesh kumar, the parcel arriving date was 31/03/2021. And he again called me saying that the parcel reached nearby delivery address 3 km from and you have to pay remaining amount of 15500.But i didnt pay that amount..i ask him to the car first .. but he keep on torchering me to send that amount..Later i found that he is fraud using internet ..In interent they have mentioned exact one..My amount rs.5000 is not refunded . Please help me with the refund and help me getting this person red handed so that this did not happen to anyother.
