Dear sir/madam, I am biplab mondal, my icici savings a/c no is[protected]. On 6th december, 2019 i got forged, rs.24000.00 by olx india website customer +91-[protected]. Icici customer care took a complaint (Sr[protected] over phone. I also summitted dispute form on 7th dec, 2019 to my nearest icici branch. I lodged a complain in mumbai cyber crime branch and a lodged a fir at dadar police station. I also mailed the complain copies to icici customer care. After so many time (72 days) i am not getting any positive reply from any department. Here i am attaching all the transition details, cyber crime branch letter and fir copy below.
