Olx — indian army fake id used to scam money

I have been called by the add from olx for a mobile phone one plus 6t one month old and asked to come to mathura as was posted there, name was alok jaitawat number +91 [protected] and said he was in 14 jaat posted in mathura core hence asked me to come there and paytm the amount at number [protected] paytm no named sumit, hence standing in cantonment mathura i paytm he money first 5000, asked that it could not be checked out from army office so need to deposit full amount, i did as deal was final for 20000. Finally a courier man named vijayendra kumar number +91 [protected] called and asked to deposit 9250/- as a security deposit and will deliver the parcel and return 9200/- cash. Finally they refused that the entry would be of 9200/- and 50/- separately hence need to deposit again, now here i refused so they said would refund the money by evening 6.00 pm max, but no go and they keep on the living tantrums for another 2 days taking my friends paytm login id and password and changing and altering it again and again, finally on 29th nov 2018 they tried last and phone was switched off since then till date. Requisite to indian army as kindly help to resolve it as its been threatening that on behalf of indian forces such forgeries' are going on as i lost 30000/- into such scam. There are many more to come if proper actions are not been taken. I lost my money but pray to god that should keep others safe. Kindly help me get a refund asap.
