[Resolved]  Olx — indian army fraud

The above given guy rajkumar ph no.
([protected]) hass done fraud with me.
Through olx i contacted him to buy a activa 5g by 20000/-.
He had taken rs.3150/-online payment from me to issue a paper document dtd 20/06/2020 to start up the fraud process.
Next day he told me that the requisite vehicle had started the movement by a army lorry on the way to my given location of residential address.
After that, about 15 minutes later i got a phone call from courier boy named. Rajveer ph no. [[protected]] who had given his recognition as the delivery boy of the said bike and told me that i had to pay an amount of rs. 16850 to clear the gps disconnectivity.
As a real consumer i paid this amount online.
After few minutes again rajkumar called me and asked me to pay rs. 16850 as per the invoice amount and simultaneously any surplus amount over and above the rs.16850/- which i
Had given before will be reimbursed by cash once he will physically reach to me.
On the basis of his words i paid this amount of rs. 16850. Again after approx 10-15 minutes later he called me and asked for payment of another heavy amount of rs.21000 which was required to clear the army fine due to wrong transaction registration process.
Every time rajveer described that the extra amount which i paid extra over and above the amount rs.21000/-will be returned back by cash once he would reach to me physically. Then it was a doubt for me and i rejected to pay. So i did not pay.
The total amount what i had already paid was rs. (3150 + 16850 + 16850 :- 36850). I told him to send the money which. I. Have given but they refuse to give and the bike is also not delivered to me.
This is absolutely a mafia raj by some of dishonest army personnel.
I want complete justice and all my money back immediately.
Another interesting point is one new ad of the same bike with different name and ph no. Is published on olx which is shameless.
Pls help me to get back my money immediately and to stop loot of money by some of these mafia army personnel
