Hi Team,

This is to report an incident that took place on 25th December where I saw an ad on OLX India for iPhone purchase. Name of the person: Shahid Shaikh, Contact No: [protected].

I contacted him to on OLX to purchase Iphone 12, he did the video call as well and showed me few samples of iPhone along with Shipping process. The deal was fixed for 35, 000/- where he asked to make the payment online and delivery will be done same day
The order was supposed to get ship from: DG Sharaf, PVR Cinema road, Warehouse no 5, Sion Chunnabati express Highway, Landmark Omkar Runwal Square, Mumbai 400022

I did the payment on the below account details: Bank Name Saraswat Bank, Account Type: Company current A/C, Account Holder Name: Sharaf DG, Account No: [protected]
IFSC Code: SRCB0000264

The order was delivered on 28th December and it was a clone iPhone. I raised a return request and since then they are asking me to wait for the same. It's been 20 days I haven't received the amount.

I got into same fraud
I asked for a 13 mini the guy said he will do it in 35k if given full amount
Recieved a clone of 12 and after 3 months of going back and forth the dealer said i will not get any refund nor any replacement
Guys name was tahir khan ph no-9892273122
And he gave me no of another ### 7039967244 for refund i placed order on 10 jan recieved the phone like 15 days later they dont block you to make it look like they will be out of suspect but they dangle you for the money and after 3 months the dealer says I'll not get any thing in return saying 35 mai yahi phone ata hai
The clone 12 can be bought for 12k in delhi i searched for it
Now when i called yesterday a different guy said the guy who was dealing with me has been removed/fired cause he fought with the dealer for my refund i dont believe any ### they say now the guy got fired and they had a replacement ready not even in like 12 hours great fake story
