I booked a courier from Chandigarh to Mumbai docket No[protected] on 23rd of April 2016 with instructions that this courier contains important financial documents to be delivered on priority.

Till today i.e. 30th April 2016 the courier is not delivered at the address with repeated requests as well as visits to their local office.

Further delay will occur financial liability to sender.

Please provide me details and receiving of documents ASAP.

On Dot Couriers — On Doc Courier: Tracking no 910704261 is not delivered.

I have ordered a checkbook from axis bank noida which is not delivered yet. People in On Dot Courier is hardly picking the phone and whenever a they pick phone then they keep saying it will be delivered by end of day.
