On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Non delivery of courier

Address:Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, 181205

I have booked courier bearing No[protected] from Jammu ofc on 21 Feb. It was received by Kirtee Nagar hub on 22 and FWD to Mumbai on 22Feb. Till date neither the same was delivered at Mumbai nor any info updated. No call is being picked up on any phone numbers either at Jammu or at Delhi. PL look into and deliver item immediately.
