this is to inform you that i have used your courier service on 18th April'17 to deliver some important documents to Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.
My Docet number is "[protected]" and i have booked from Raebareli. But, unfortunately, today is 25th and we have still not received my package.

We booked a courier on 15/03/2017 at on dot courier, azadpur office, tracking no.[protected] of 19.0kg and paid rs 665/- @ 35/kg and it was duly enclosed with our company bill no. Ri/114/16-17 dt 14/03/2017.

The above courier has still not been delivered and on dot courier agency is blackmailing us that our courier has been penalized 63% for the billed amount and we will have to pay penalty.

This is regarding the courier which have send from Srikaranpur Rajasthan as on 7th Apr'17 and have reached to Pune (destination) as on 9th apr'17, I have tracked online by shipment number and it is showing that it is pending from Pune side. I am trying to contact with this courier company from last 15 days but they are not receiving any call.

I am tajinder kumar from kalka registering a complaint regarding home delivery. I did a online shopping on shopclue and a parcel was to be delivered by on dot courier kalka. The parcel was received on 10th of april and they made a call to collect it from their office as on dot don't provide home delivery of the parcel which is received by online merchants...

No positive response from any ondot person. They are passing the Buck from Chandigarh to Delhi to Kolkata to Bhubaneswar.

If he issue not resolved, then I shallbe forced to lodge a theft complaint for my products with police....

One of our courier[protected] dated: 04.11.16 dispatch from amritsar to gurgaon. But in thier portal it sho delevered but in my office they have not delevered. So required acknowledgement slip. But they are not ready to provide. As already do many followups with local vendor mr. Suresh kumar saini.

I had asked the doctor from Panchkula to courier me my MRI report. The great man chose great courier company (on Dot Courier) and had dispatched the report on 3rd Apr 2017. It reached Kirti Nagar hub on 4th Apr 2017 and is in transit since then, Its been a week now (10th Apr 2017) and I am really unsure that i would ever able to get my MRI report.

I am writing this complaint due to very worst service of on dot courier actually one of my parcel has been sent from Patiala, Punjab on 7 April 2017 and I have a what's app copy of that receipt but till right now I didn't receive that parcel and when I tried all the numbers of the company they all are switched off and not reachable. It's been one month and my parcel is still in transit. I have spoken to Delhi Airport hub and Mumbai but they have no idea about parcel.

On dot courier company is fraud and not ready to give me any information about my refund or parcel. I don't understand how this stupid company works.

Either I will sue them or write a letter to CM Arvind Kejriwal/ PM Narendra Modi.

Some medicines were sent from Delhi thru the docket[protected] on 21st March 2017 and it has not reached Chennai even today 29th March 2017. The Chennai staff are very rude and mostly irresponsible in attending to customer care. I intend not to use on dot from now on, since the services are extremely poor and the ground staff are very casual and inefficient. God save people who book thru on dot courier....

I sent some documents and a cheque to renew my health insurance policy through ON DOT courier their docket no.[protected] fro Sahibabad to Noida on 22.03.2017 and till now i.e. on 28.03.2017 at 4.45 pm it has not been delivered while at their Noida office they are confirming the documents are with them but not confirming the delivery schedule, this may cause me the discontinuation of my policy and I will lose the benefits....

The above mentioned courier was dispatched on 9th from Kirti Nagar the same has not reached pune still.
Have tried calling the pune customer service nod there is no response past so many days.
The tracking still shows in transit.
If customer care does not receive calls kindly delete the same from the list.
Kindly let me know by when do I expect the courier to be delivered.

All the staff are un edgucated

I have sent a courier on 7/2/2017, it had a new saree and a pant piece, the same was couriered from Raipur to pune, pod no.[protected]. It was couriered to Gautam Majumder, R7 A 1303 Life Republic, Hinjewadi- Marunji-Kasarsai Road, Marunji Pune 411057.

My parcel had a new costly saree, of brand Bunkari and a navy blue coloured pand piece of brand reid and taylors.

I booked a parcel with WB NO.[protected] from Malviya nagar Jaipur to Thane on 11th March 2017. The Agent assured me that the parcel will be delivered latest by 14th March 2017. Hi team . Sorry but user service is very pathetic .. I have received my courier from Pune on 25 at the ghatkopar center however I am unable to get the same till date the so called customer care of Mumbai none of them is working .. for ur kind information the parcel contains medicine for diabetic patient .. I will move legally and highlight the matter in social media Incase if there is any further negligence from ur end .
