Sent a parcel for BUREAU CHIEF, Punjab Kesri group, Phagwara in October. Parcel misplaced. On checking the courier informs that during Diwali period there is lot of parcel so we will sort the matter after Diwali.
After waiting for and telephonic conversations I have sent the mail to customercre of ONDOT courier . No response to the mail sent to customer care mail Id.

I have booked a parcel of 1kg from hisar to yamuna nagar through on dot courier vide doc. No-[protected] on dated 28.02.19 through m/s shiv shakti photostat hisar. But till date parcel is not delivered on destination. I am doing regular follow up from shiv shakti hisar and also ondot people of hisar and ambala but neither they giving me any responce to deliver nor return of my parcel. You are requested to find out my parcel either to deliver the destination or to return back to me otherwise i hv no other alternate for legal action against local franchise hisar and on dot courier.

Both of these parcels dispatched before 10 days but not delivered till date nd now they are saying to pick that from there office because the address area is far off.
Why had i booked if i have to pick that from their office.
Such ridiculous behaviour nd they have orders from their management not to pick phone calls from the clients. And not their traking is updated properly..
I need help.

We have booked above referred consignment at amritsar to be delivered at chennai on 8th february, 2019. However till todate the consignment hasn't reached at its destination. Inspite of my best efforts to contact your office at chennai on numbers given in the website but no one is picking up the phone. The consignment is urgently required at chennai. Kindly do the needful and inform me immediately.

We have sent a courier on dated 01/02/2019 through on - dot courier and cargo. But still now the courier has not delivered at their destination place.
15 days has been passed and their is no any information about our courier.
We have already ask the all courier branch's officer of nalagarh, baddi, ambala and gurugram about our packet. But they didn't help us to solve this issue.
Even the ambala office in-charge, mobile no.[protected] didn't received any call o[censored]s.
All the concerned person didn't help us from last 10 days.
Now after 12 days the office in-charge of baddi mr. Pawan informed us that the delivery area was out of their services area at gurugram and our courier was returned back to ambala. So now i want to know that if the delivery area was out of there services area then why the get the packet from alpex solar pvt. Ltd., nalagarh.
Now from 13th february 2019 we have requested the all on-dot courier officers to please return our courier back to us. So that's why we will arrange to delivered the courier by our-self.
But still now they didn't returned back the courier back to us or nor delivered the courier at their destination place. Even until they didn't clarify us that where is our courier right now. Now i afraid that may be they have lost our courier.
It was necessary that courier should be reached at national institute of solar energy, gurugram by 17th february, 2019.
So my question is that who will pay the loss, that we will to be face due to this careless.
We are totally fad-up with on-dot courier services. And will recommend others to do not contact to this agency regarding courier services.
After all we are regular customer of this agency but they did not do anything to solve the problem.

One of my courier has been despatched from new delhi tulip diagnostic pvt ltd through on dot courier which contains cheque on 4th feb 2019. As provided in the tracking details the courier was on transit to kolkata on 6th. No further updates has been provided. I was trying to call to their given phone no.in kolkata. It is unsconding. Moreover i forwarded a mail with quiry on 11th. I did not get any response. Please help me in finding out a way of it. I am in an urgent need of that cheque.

My name is Akshay. I am writing this regarding fraud call which I received on the behalf of On-Dot Couriers.
Yesterday on 8th Feb 2019, I received call from the number [protected]. One of the lady was talking to me. She told me that she is calling from On-Dot Courier from Thane Branch. And I am having some returned consignment from RTO which they are having. She told me to provide some details to deliver my parcel to me. So she asked for the mobile number of my family members for the confirmation and validation of my identity. So I provided the same. Now she is not picking my phone also she has supplied all the information of those my family members number to different banks. From today morning my family members receiving unwanted calls. And it literally harassing them. I need to take a strict legal action against those fraud calls so people cant get trapped in this activity.
As a reputed company, I request to On Dot Couriers & Cargo that they should investigate the matter and take a appropriate legal action against those kind of fraud activity.

This is to inform you all that my courier delivered on 4th feb from faridabad. Now today its 7 th feb but didn't get my courier on the small distance in delhi and i m contacting on every contact nos even watsap it on [protected] but getting no response as the person also blocked my no. I need it on today itself only. Otherwise i will put the police complaint against the all numbers and the company also. My traking no is[protected]

Dear mam/sir, i wish to inform you that very important document sent by me on 02.02.2019 to bhel noida (Vide dockt no [protected]). Contained in a bank guarantee of rs 150 lakh. The said document sent by noida head office to delivery agency named yogesh and contact no is [protected] (Madam monika). The said lady is dealing with me very very worst manner. I was trying to call since morning 100 times and she did not not pick my phone. Then i tried from another number then she picked and behave very rudely and didnt update of my courier. I am totally frustrated with such dealing. Kindly take serious action and cancel the licence of said agency. My payment of rs 1.50 crore is hanging up just because of non delivery of said parcel. Kindly do the needful urgently... I have no other option to go with some legal action against said agency.

And reached at kaithal on 31 jan. 2018 at your office but the dealer of kaithal not deliever this parcel till 01 feb. 2019. When i call him that plz deliever my parcel. Then he answered that i have no time and no workers to deliever your
Parcel. So collect it on your own.. And then he said that you should not booked parcels on on dot. Then why you running a courier comapny. Answer me

With due respect, i would like to bring it to your attention that the parcel i have sent through on dot couriers service has not received yet. I sent it on 9th january 2019 to bhubaneswar from banglore. I handed it to one of your company employee who comes to art of living ashram, banglore for courier service. Its weight was around 1kg and he charged 450 for this and said it is in liquid form, it will not go through the air so it will take 5-6 days to reach there. It is 27 january and still, the parcel has not reached to the destination. When i am tracking online there is an update on 19th january that it is delivered on 14th january. Also on 20th january, we received a call from the odisha courier service they were asking, did you received the courier. I tried to contact the concern person but he is ignoring now. Also i tried to contact bangalore, odisha, kolkata, delhi office but no one is picking the call. There is something important on that parcel that i do not want to lose. Otherwise, i have to complain about the case to the higher authorities.
Please do the needful.

I called to courier boy contact number
[protected] why this is not delivered he replied i tried for a home bell nobody came out from the house dated 25/01/19
At 02:40 pm. I told him that mr ajay rana and his family waiting for the from morning and even u can call to ajay rana the receiver or u can call the sender he replied me that he can not call to anybody.. It's not allowed... If courier boy have no right to call the receiver and sender than why we had written the contact numbers of sender and receiver... I need the pefect answer
... I need this courier immediately deliver to the receiver mr. Ajay rana and need apologies from on dot courier services. Tey seriously had given the pathetic services.. They didn't went to the receiver home.

Or plz stop these fake services...

I need the perfect solution and pls share the policy that where is rule that courier have have no right to call the sender and receiver contact number..

It's been a month since i sent my courier from new delhi to visakhapatnam. The source facility says that the courier was sent but the destination facility is not delivering it. The source facility says we can't do anything as they are not delivering it. The destination facilitie's phone numbers are not functional. Everyday i have been calling the source facility but they only say the same thing.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with awb no. [protected] on january 15, 2019 from mandi dabwali distt sirsa (Haryana). My address on packet was — munshi ram jiwa ram trading co. New grain market, shop no. 23, mobile no. [protected]. The packet was to deliver in panchkula. Address was saurabh singla, nexjuris, sco-36, sector-3, panchkula. But your service provider in panchkula refuse to deliver the parcel to party by saying that the place is far from his office and force the recipient to collect it from his office. Mobile no. Of panchkula courier office is [protected]. He respond only on 22.01.2019 when your dabwali office asked him for delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provider of your company. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered as soon as possible.

I haven't received my courier dispatch ed on 5 jan from pathankot.. And also no call has come for any query regarding anything please send my courier as soon as possible... I am unable to detect where it is... Jisse pucho abhi btate h very bad services u have.. I will never gonna send anything from ur side...
