Sent a parcel for BUREAU CHIEF, Punjab Kesri group, Phagwara in October. Parcel misplaced. On checking the courier informs that during Diwali period there is lot of parcel so we will sort the matter after Diwali.
After waiting for and telephonic conversations I have sent the mail to customercre of ONDOT courier . No response to the mail sent to customer care mail Id....
