I have send a consignment on dated 30/9/219 from shimla to chennai which has not delivered till date the courier contains examinations of my 15 candidates i the courier not deliver they will be declared fail..
Now from last 25 day i am calling and talking to several person as well as the local office person of shimla but from last few day they are not picking up my phone to now even they are not telling me i the courier is delivered or not

A courier was sent to me from bhathinad on october 3rd and consignment reached chennai on 9th october and after that there is no moment of courier and my hometown is trichy which is over 300km from chennai nor is the tracking page updated.
I emailed customer care regarding this issue and Piyush pramanik Zone – Mp. Chattisgarh replied my email and asked for proper delivery address. I had provided the necessary details and i haven't got a reply back. I emailed them again today (16th October) and still they haven't replied and no one attends their customer care number.

Kindly do the needful

I have given a urgent courier to ondot on[protected] from moradabad to roorkee.
But they are not delivering the courier from 5 days. It was very urgent for me as it was a part of my export shipment.
Now they are contimously ignoring me and my calls. I am fedup of all this #.
Please help me and tell me any way to claim them and teach them a good lesson.

My self shekhar sain from paonta sahib, distt. - sirmour, himachal pradesh. I was awaited for a bank courier. Your courier person called me on 27/sep/2019. That time i assign him a place near his office and tell him to be there and i arrived and call him but he didn't respond. 1 week has passed on and i haven't received my courier yet.
This courier agency has developed the mentality that each customer should visit their office by his own to collect their courier. They don't deliver it themselves. Please look into the matter and improve their wrong habit/practice. If yuo dont have delivery boys then stop taking courier from first party. But if accept the courier once the then make it sure that it will be delivered to the receipent.

On 2nd of sep i sent a parcel from new delhi to ferozepur but after 7 days the parcel was returned bcoz of no any reason when i confirm from ferozepur i got that nobody was interested to deleiver and nobody i form about such anything. If they dont deleiver why they accept. And after that they annoyinv to agree

I booked courier on 1 August 2019 from DEOGHAR (JHARKAND) to Hyderabad Telangana . And I got my courier on 22 August 2019.
My quarry is why that much time you take for delivery my item.
My item and money was fully spoilt because you did delivered late.
I want my money back with fully including item and delivery amount.

My self bhim singh sisodia asm samarth life sciences pvt ltd. As i have come to know from one of your senior members, it takes 4 to 5 days to deliver couriers from bhiwani to mumbai and the company policy also says, "i got a courier 13 august from bhiwani by your company number[protected]. Today 23 i spoke to your company's customer service officer in delhi, whose name is manju, her mobile number is[protected]. Than i spoke to senior officer and her mobile [protected]. She conference my call with other guy in mumbai his number is[protected] he told me on 21st that it would be delivered on 22nd but today on 23rd i spoke to him in the morning but later he stopped picking up my phone. From the courier office of bhiwani. I took the number of rm sahib. His answer was not too satisfactory his number is[protected]. I have called all these more than 100 times but now all these couriers are not picking up my phone. It has not been delivered in reality if you take immediate action about it, well i have given your application to the consumer court, which is number 154 1237 i need before 3:30 p. M. I'm willing to take legal action against your company.

I have sent a courier on[protected] from on dot office raj plaza rajpur road dehradun uttarakhand having pod no. [protected] but it is not delivered till date.

One more courier i have sent on[protected] on priority but same is not delivered as on date.

I am unable to understand what type of services you are providing. This is very disappointing as i am getting calls from my office of no receiving any courier.

Pls take immediate action on this and provide the details asap.

I have done a courier from shimla on 14. On 17 it is showing rangpuri hub location but still not received the courier.

The ph. No. Belongs to them don't give response n 80% numbers are not each bless and belongs to others.
No body is picking calls. Fraud case. Please be aware of these people. I am putting fir soon if not get the parcel today itself. No one is picking calls. Absolutely fraud type people.

I have sent rakhri on 11 of august, 2019 through ondot premium services but till date it is roaming here and there. It was told me that it would be reached by 13 of august, 2019 as it is premium and charged rs 200/per packet. Today is 17.

I have no words to describe such a... Company

Such a bogus courier company. I swear that i wouldn't use its service till last.
I will also encourage others not to use it.

Most useless company in courier service.
Most of customer care numbers are either out of service or always busy.
It seems they avoid customer to listen after taking money.
It has wasted nearly 4 hours to contact their offices in gujarat/delhi after dialing more then 100 times. No response or not lifting the phones

This complain is against consignment no: [protected] booked on 8th aug 19 and till not received till 14th aug 19.

Such companies are cheaters to be avoided

last updated detail is of 09-Aug-2019 12:55 PM stating that parcel is Out To: GUWAHATI-[protected]/[protected]. I tried to contact the numbers provided there

Either half of the numbers are not working or if its working it does not belong to On dot. Above all the customer care number provided on their website [protected] does not get picked at all.Worst customer service ever

My courier (Consignment number: [protected]) was out to varanasi 03/08/2019 but still not dispatch ballia as per communication with courier service agent (Ballia).

This is high priority document and need to dispatch by today only.

Please let me tell if you are unable to dispatch me.

No one give satisfactory response i. E. Varanasi service and ballia service.

Dear concern,

I had booked a consignment from sasaram bihar with no.[protected] on[protected] to be delivered at dwarka metro station new delhi, the same is yet to be delivered on[protected] despite being a metro location

More than anything the approach of the company is really pathetic. The kep saying to be delivered today and tomorrow with many excuses but still not delivered. Height of poor service.

Initially they took consignment and later when it comes to delivering at location it did not deliver. After so much enquiry it is informed that the service in that particular location is not available. That`s really ridiculous, why the same was not informed while picking up the pocket.

Further even after providing correct address almost 5 days back, the delivery is still pending.

This is sheer harassment of the customer due to inability of the courier companyand it must be compensated.

If not taken seriously, i would be forced to take some legal measures.

This was very urgent sample for participate the tender bid, but due to bad service of on dot courier, we not participate the tender bid. But due to bad service of on dot courier, we not participate the tender, i face very loss & very very harassment.

A parcel was sent from aligarh (Up) to pune with consignment number [protected] via on-dot courier services on 18th july 2019. Consignment reached pune office on 23rd july 2019 and status is being shown as "out for delivery". But till date (27 july 2019) the parcel has not been delivered on destination. When i tried to call their pune office, the person is misguiding by saying that it will be delivered by today or tomorrow etc etc.
Through this forum i want to escalate the issue to the management of on-dot courier and want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I can be reached at [protected].

Docket no [protected] so my complaint is that still till date 18/7/19 I didn't recieved when I call for this issue on the no[protected] and [protected] at your office in Agra the lady picked the phone n talked in a very rude manner and said that" jab hamari marzi hogi tab delivery dengey "
So kindly look into this matter as the consignment have medicine for the doctor for a patient

On 24th june i send a parcel about 1kg to ludhiana by paying rs.150.00 cash, only a docket slip was issued to me after writing rs.150 on it with pen. Till this date[protected], i am getting tracker information that my parcel is still at jalandhar. After conforming from the local service provider of on dot, they are saying that parcel is delivered however they refused to provide me the delivery slip.
