One Assist Consumer Solutions — Deactivate one assist plan and refund my money ASAP

Unauthorized deduction of RS. 1899 from my ICICI SB Account. and this amount has been deducted on 8th July 2021. without my approval which is highly regrettable.
I called the bank for unsubscribing from the one assist plan. then I got the call from One Assist the person name is Sonali Mandal I'm not sure about the surname she said to me the plan cannot be cancelled she continuingly telling me about the benefits of plan but I did not agree to continue this plan that time she told me to give me the time I will check how much refund u getting after cancelling the plan keeping me on hold and finally she said only RS 400 u will get a refund. I didn't ever use this plan benefits before. And I want my refund amount RS. 1899 and it's a really valuable amount for me.
The above amount is refunded to my account immediately and confirmation is sent to me to the above effect.

Cancel my One Assist plan and refund my money.
