One Assist Consumer Solutions — Not returning my phone

Hi,

I had raised a repair request for my redmi note 3 phone covered under one assist accidental protection on june 2nd 2016 they picked it up at 7 of june 2016. They promised to deliver repaired phone within 20 days but haven't got back till now. Every time i contact them for delivery query they ask me to 48hrs as they're escalating my request. This has been going on for more than a month now.
Frustated by the behavior and i cancelled my repair request and asked for my damaged handset on 28 of june they asked me to wait till 19th of july and today they extended it to 30th of july. Based on the previous complaints regarding one assist i don't believe they have intention to return my phone back.
