I have received a sms from one assist that my membership has been renewed and upgraded without any prior intimation or my consent. They have debited my hdfc credit card for rs 1399 without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team confirming the same details. Today i again received a message on my number that my order our of deliver. I just wanna say that when i cancelled my One Assist Membership and also complaint to hdfc three times then why i received again and again this kind of this messages. Please One Assist Team its my request please cancelled my membership at the earliest and refund my money...

Today i got a call from your agent and he as telling me that i will refund 700 Rs and you can keep the plan, Sir i do not want, please cancel my plan and refund the entire Rs 1899/- to my credit card. This is really annoying. Registered mobile # [protected]. Cancel immediately and process refund to avoid further higher escalations !
