I took an insurance plan for my device and when i tried to claim my recovery, they didn't help me at all. Infact, i have asked them now, not to call/message me, but they call me 5-6 times a day, irrespective of business hours, drop messages 5-6 times a day! I have asked them to activate dnd so many times, but they don't listen to my requests!
The hilarious thing that happened to me during the last call is, i asked their executive to activate dnd and he asked me to renew their plan for another 1 year and then they won't call me!!! Its something i need to spend inr 1200 to get dnd activated! Awesome!
Its my kind suggestion not to avail any kind of insurance from such fraud companies. Thanks! Was this information helpful? |
