One Assist Insurance Complaints & Reviews

Firstly this company gives false promises Moreover the attitude towards the customer is like as if they are doing a favour ..very rude .. adamant..when want to talk to some one higher there is a blunt no from them.
My mobile got accidentally damaged and because it's costing them more to repair thy wanted to pay me an unreasonable amount which is definitely not sufficient to buy a new mobile ..
When I called back to explain them...

I took an insurance plan for my device and when i tried to claim my recovery, they didn't help me at all. Infact, i have asked them now, not to call/message me, but they call me 5-6 times a day, irrespective of business hours, drop messages 5-6 times a day! I have asked them to activate dnd so many times, but they don't listen to my requests!
