One Assist Insurance — Insurance of my mobile phone | |||
I have bought one assist mobile insrance for my iphone 6. After one month my phone has been stolen and I filed the claim to one assist. I have given all the documents as they requested i.e –bill of my phone and insurance, id proof, FIR copy, sim blocking number, service provider sign and stamp, description of theft mobile . but even after giving them all the documents they have rejected my claim by saying the sim which I was using was on my friends name .just wanted to say that my phone was insured not the sim . my friend gave them in written that he was using my sim and I have no objection . we have given them the sign and stamp of service provice as well . this is my phone whomsoever sim I want to use I will, whats the problem with you guys, and nobody told me at the time of insurance that you can use only your sim in your phone. It is no where written in my insurance kit as wel l.if there is such rule than it should be written somewhere but it is nowhere in my insurance kit. Was this information helpful? | |||

The status u have communicated is totally fraud .nowhere it is written in your insurance kit that the customer can not use the sim card which is not on his name . i have read every word of your insurance kit but i didnt find it written anywhere. if there is such thing u could have taken the sim ownership documents at the time of insurance. without sim ownership documents why u guys are doing insurance ??? . your outlet boy only cut the sim and insert it into the phone, he could have taken the sim ownership document at that time only .no probs guys, i am dragging you to the consumer court, hoping for a positive result from the court because you guys are totally fraud.
