One Assist Insurance — not providing services | |||||
Hi, I have purchased a insurance plan from one assist which is verified and done, after that my phone is broken so i have raised a complaint to get it repaired and submitted all the documents on 21st of this month which takes maximum 48hrs (As per their policy) but till today they are just sending me mails that oi have not updated the required information which i have submited on 21st itself, one of their representative also agreed to me on that, even i can screenshot of that as well but they are not even ready to see that and i have given them alternative also that i'll be sending the screenshot if i'm updating it and you guys are not able to see that on the portal, i'll be giving it to you through mails but they are not even ready for that as well. They are just arguing but not providing services. I have updated everything on 21st itself and they are asking me to update the description again and again. Attached are the screenshot of mail i'm getting, successful purchase mail from one assist, and the description which i have updated on 21st itself.
