One Assist — Not resolving ticket

I have a raised complain and lodged a ticket to repair tv on 9th sep 2025 for warranty taken from one assist. We have received a estimated date for technician to come by 15th sep 2025.

When i tried to connect with customer care. Contact numbers mentioned on web site are not getting connected. Customer chat has robo chat.

No call received from one assist. There is nothing communication level where you can connect and expediate it. Its a fake company and should be closed immediately.
