Hi, My name is Nilesh Jadhav,
I have raised a service request to one assist that My TV is Showing VU logo but just after that its disappears, the engineer visited and he said, back light needs to be replaced . then he have collected the TV and said it will go to Andheri Yard for Backlight replacement.
After one Day, engineer take back the TV without saying any estimated bill, directly the final bill was generated . on the final bill there are no visiting charges mentioned . also for the backlight replaced there were no details provided .
the backlight replaces were not working properly, the change was not properly tested .
If any part was replaced that must be added in to bill but they are not providing detailed bill.
Also I have raised my concern but they are costing it again . there is no SOP or proper guide lines, I want my proper bill along with visiting charges, replaced part details and testing report.
Hope team will help as per the charges paid .
