I purchased a laptop from flipkart and they suggested me one assist complete laptop two year protection plan . due to some reasons i want to cancel that plan and i am filing this complaint within the days limit for full refund.

Please deactivate my plan and refund my money ASAP

I have been trying to get my home ACs serviced under your plan since 2 months. Even after repeated (almost daily) calls to your customer care numbers and chats on the app I am still not getting the promised service.
Your customer care "Executives" have no power or authority. All they can do is apologize and promise action in the format decided by the company. I have repeatedly asked to be connected...

Repair my Ac through oneassist but did work for 20 days only. After that following for more than 1 week to revisit and check. Still no response....

I have repair my AC though Oneassist quick repair and they had given 1 month guarantee. But again after 25 days, same issue started.

Hence since 1 week am following with oneassist team for my issue but still did not get any resolution....

I have paid for Mobile Insurance - OneAssist 1Yr Damage Protection Plan for iPhone on 31 May 2022.

Due to technical issues i was unable to activate the plan from Oneassist.
I have been constantly getting in touch with the team to cancel this insurance as its not activated and process for refund.

There seems to be ne response from the support team. All i get to hear is we have sent an email to cancellation...

Order #[protected] Order value 25, 829.20 (1 item), with which I had a purchase made for 3years total protection plan from one assist bought from Amazon with purchase Order date-06-Aug-2020, Order #[protected], Order value- 2, 445.89.

I repaired my air condition on dt 20 march 22 & pay 2500/-, issue was gas leakage, engineer come and reffile gas, that time ac cooling well, but after 10 days the colling slow down and next 5 days the ac not woking and not cooilng.
So that i call to service engineering Me Deepak, he come check the issue and tell the gas empty in the ac and assure me to solved the problem FOC as per company policy.

But after a long follow...

I had purchased 2 plans for extending warranty of 2 devices. Both of the plans were automatically cancelled from One Assist's end, I did not cancel it. It was cancelled within 2 weeks of purchasing the plan and I have not received any refund after cancellation.

I had purchased the extended warranty of one assist at same time when i brought my LED..

At that time agent told me that it's very good insurance company and give very good sevices.

From last one month I registerd my complaint, 2 times technician visited but after that no response from any one .
All the time they closed the complaint due to rescheduled by Customer.

6-7 times I called customer...

Would like to exit One Assist program but unable to. Do not need any services from One Assist and was accidently added when checking on the services offered and money deducted

I have complaint before Holi regarding cooling issues with my AC, till today i.e.5-4-23 my issue has not been resolved.
Issue is kept on hold, inspite of chatting and continuous calling, my issue has not been resolved.
