I purchase a mobile insurance from one assist insurance company. When it damage i claimed it for repair they rejected my claim by stated that the phone is not connected. Though i gave them my another umber because i don't have extra handset to activate my own number....

Its been second time my money got deducted from my bank account without my permission.

I received sms from axis bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist services. I got a call saying from axis bank and this services and i clearly denied for that. Still you activated the plan and deducted money. Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my, as i'm in urgency. Or i will move legally on this matter.

I raised a claim to oneassist for my handset on 28th march 2018,

On 05/04/2018, i received a call from your customer relationship officer regarding my handset replacement where he told me that i will get link within three days over mail or phone through which i have to pay 10 % of rs.50800 inr for my handset replacement and also requested me to pay as soon as possible.

I have not opted these services, but the team is debiting amount since last 2 year. Rs 1799 debited on 7-nov-2016 and rs 1399 debited on 27-nov-2017.
Last year also i have raised same thing to axis bank & customer care of one assist and they have assured that we ll refund the amount and services will not be renew.

I received sms from hdfc bank on[protected] that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee.
Without any intimation how you have deducted the amount from my credit card xx1035.
Last year only i requested you to cancel this, but you said it will continue for 1 year and next year it will cancel. But again you have deducted from credit card.
How you ppl are debiting from my credit card...

OneAssist is a fraud company. I had submitted my claim physical damage on 10th March. The mobile was pick and after receiving estimation for repair, one assist tells me on 24th March that the claim has been rejected under following reason "loss or damage to the Gadget due to mysterious circumstances / disappearance or unexplained reasons"

My question is how can I explain any reason if the phone gets damage when this was in...

One assist called me few days back and I sent them so many mails for not activating this plan and they replied back that my number is not registered for this plan.
Still after few days one assist has activated and charged me Rs1799 from my account without my consent. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. How can you charge me without my permission? Please deactivate and return my Rs1799....

Is this company making a joke out of their customers or what. I deposited my handset on 26th november and my handset was handed over to the service center between 26th - 1st december 2016 and one assist took 18 days to update this on their system. Finally on 19th december they were able to update it. After this they raised the claim for my handset which had a damage screen and display. Screen got damaged, I have filed the claim on 16th September, everything got approved, Still I don't have any updates on my phone. I haven't seen a single customer happy with their service. I received an e-mail from ICICI BANK stating that Rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my account for the One Assist Plan without my permission. I don't know the company, and unsolicited charges were made to my account. How can you deduct money without any intimation?? This is a matter of security.

I had purchased a smartwatch from Flipkart along with a 2-year extended warranty plan provided by OneAssist. The warranty is still valid as of now.

Recently, my smartwatch developed an issue and I raised a complaint with OneAssist. However, they are denying service, claiming that I didn’t report the issue within a certain timeline — even though I am well within the 2-year warranty period.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate excuse to avoid providing repair services under the warranty. Nowhere during the purchase was it clearly mentioned that such strict timeline restrictions would void the warranty.

I have emailed and followed up several times, and also tried reaching out through social media, but no satisfactory response has been provided. I demand that my smartwatch be repaired or replaced under the valid warranty without any further delay. Strict action should be taken against both OneAssist and Flipkart for this negligence and lack of accountability.
