SIR, MY NAME IS JOSEPH.ON 02/12/2013 I TRIED TO MAKE A IDEA 3G NETSETTER RECHARGE OF RS.1345 USING ONLINE SERVICE OF ONE INDIA RECHARGE WEBSITE AND THE WEBSITE CONFIRMED THE RECHARGE TO MY NUMBER. UNFORTUNATELY THE RECHARGE DIDN'T HAPPEN AND THE AMOUNT OF RS.1345 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE EVEN AFTER I MADE A CALL & A EMAIL TO ONE INDIA RECHARGE OFFICE.SIR KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANKS

Hi, on11th dec2017, 12th dec.I recharged my vodafone prepaid no withfull talktime Rs150(2 times).I got the message of succesful transaction and ammount also get deducted from my mobiwik wallet but my mobile did notrecharged.I complained more times but not response it.
