One India Recharge — Mobile Top -up Transaction did not materialize
I made a Mobile top up from this company on 5 th Sept 2013. through on line. So far , I have not received any credits from their end. My account has been debited for the amount of Rs 345. The customer service dept is not working well as well as email. I hope to hear from them soon. I have tried to recharge my docomo through tata docomo web...but the site of [protected]@onindia.co.in came up...after my credit card transaction is over recharge not happend...the money is lying in their wallet...
