MY NAME IS SAPTARSHI CHAKRABORTY.ON 03/05/2013 I TRIED TO MAKE A VODAFONE 3G DATA PLAN RECHARGE OF RS.849 USING ONLINE SERVICE OF ONE INDIA RECHARGE WEBSITE.BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE AMOUNT OF RS.849 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY UCO BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT BUT RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE.AFTER THAT I TRIED TO MAKE CALL & EMAIL THE ONE INDIA RECHARGE PEOPLE BUT ALL IN VAIN.SIR KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

One India Recharge — Mobile Top -up Transaction did not materialize

I made a Mobile top up from this company on 5 th Sept 2013. through on line. So far , I have not received any credits from their end. My account has been debited for the amount of Rs 345. The customer service dept is not working well as well as email. I hope to hear from them soon.

I have tried to recharge my docomo through tata docomo web...but the site of [protected]@onindia.co.in came up...after my credit card transaction is over recharge not happend...the money is lying in their wallet...

One India Recharge — Unsuccessful Recharge

My email is [protected]@gmail.com, I added a rate cutter of Rs.99 to my mobile. My account was charged but the recharge did not happen. I submitted my complaint and I got Rs.99 in my mobikwik wallet. I repeated the process and still it is not recharged. Kindly, help me, at least refund my money back to the bank.
