DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I RAKESH SHARMA residing at BHAYANDER. I had applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop IN MARCH 2010. According to this as per the company rules I should get IRCTC CERTIFICATE within 60 days but unfortunately I regret to inform you that till date i have not received the IRCTC CERTIFICATE from the company.

In this connection i would like to write to you that as of now it...

sir, i haved booked two tickets to secunderabad from tirupati through done card from onestopshop but the tickets was not booked and the amount was debited in my account and i informed to customer care they are saying file file tdr but in tdr they are asking request number or pnr number which is not available i have only trasanction no. [protected] and the transcation id is 29521227 and the amt debited is RS.733 my done card no. is [protected]....

On 13Apr2010 I am trying to booking rail ticket from my AXIS BANK net banking in www.railticketonline.com (ONE STOP SHOP) but after enter CID and Password, show some errors, so i am go back and enter ID and Password again and click OK that time also shows Some errors,

then
after my complain my one transition of a rs 2433/- credit in my account. But other transition amount Rs.2433 is not credit...

i am the member of onestopshop since 4 months still i didn t receive my irctc username and password.No proper Reply too.dont take agency be safe....

This is Ved Bhushan Gupta from Bhushan Press Madhubani (Bihar). I have applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through a Employee of One Stop Shop Named Amit Srivatav on 19th June 2009. According to this company I will get IRCTC Agent Login ID and Password with in 65 days but now it is going about 4 month and yet I have not get my IRCTC Agent Login ID and Password. And now a days not even a single person of this company from Patna, Mumabai...
