On 13Apr2010 I am trying to booking rail ticket from my AXIS BANK net banking in www.railticketonline.com (ONE STOP SHOP) but after enter CID and Password, show some errors, so i am go back and enter ID and Password again and click OK that time also shows Some errors,
then
after my complain my one transition of a rs 2433/- credit in my account. But other transition amount Rs.2433 is not credit up to today 19 Apr 2010
then i informed to all connected people like bank, onestopshop shop and railticketonline.com but no body proper reply,
ikindly requiest to all of you i want to complain to Consumer Court So pl send me some ideas for same,

I SUBHAM KUMAR PRASAD my business partner code (BP[protected] residing at DHUBRI (ASSAM). I had applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop IN 15.12.2009. According to this as per the company rules I should get IRCTC CERTIFICATE within 60 days but unfortunately I regret to inform you that till date i have not received the IRCTC CERTIFICATE from the company.
In this connection i would like to write to you that as of now it is understood from the company's side that issuing of IRCTC CERTIFICATE has been stopped. I am really suprised that without giving us the information about the stoppage they are not supposed to stop it.
I would like your good self to kindly let me know what kind of action can I take for getting my certificate.
