One97 Communications — irctc reservation amount deducted with failed booking | |
Sir, I attempted to book a tatkal irctc ticket on 10 november but the ticket did not book and instead it showed an error message. However an amount of rupees 1180.49 was been transacted through one97 communications and no amount has been refunded yet. Please do look into the matter and refund the pending amount.
