One97 Communications — my money is deducted but message shows transaction failed and ticket not booked

I have booked a train ticket from lucknow to new delhi in lucknow mail on 28/02/2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one97 communications l noida in but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but got debited from dbs account and still not refunded. Please look in the matter seriously.

Message — dear customer purchase transaction at one97 communications l noida in using card no. *2028 for inr 415.49 on 28/02/2019 is successful. Clear balance in a/c is inr 669.43.

I have tried to book train ticket from Secunderabad to Varanasi JN on[protected] through Paytm payment gateway. Money was debited from my bank account but ticket was not booked. There's no information about the refund. Here am providing the screenshot of the transaction.
Please look after it.
