Dear sir i book train ticket from irctc app where i selected debit card as payment option where i selected paytm gateway for payment my amount rs695 got deducted but the transaction got failed i didn't receive the money back please assist me.Many people faced the same incident but no action is taken to resolve the problem. I tried adding money to paytm wallet through tez app. The money was deducted from my account but has not reached my Paytm wallet till date. It's been 12 days but none of your customer services are working. This is the last time I'm complaining. I'll take strict action after this. The money has left my account successfully. Please help!
