I transferred amount from my account to my friend account.in my account it is detected but in my friend account it is not credited.what I should do.please refund my amount.

I tried to book my tatkal ticket through irctc connect one97 communication. The ticket was not booked. But the amount was Rs 770 deducted from my account bank of India through one97 communication. Please refund my amount to my same bank account.
