[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Claim is still in pending status and no one tries to even contact | |||||
My relationship no :2059279 I've applied for a claim some days back but till today there is no revert from the one assist team. The behaviour is highly unprofessional from them and very disappointed with their services. I will never ever suggest anybody to buy insurance from them. They are just harassing people nothing else. They are not even processing my claim. And after so many days it is still showing as pending. When asked about the refund, they do not give a #### about money. Highly unethical, very unprofessional. Also, provide id proof of (Pancard/Aadharcard/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Passport) Avinash Pratap. Once we receive the required documents, we will then be able to proceed with the claim. As per the telephonic conversation, you have agreed to bear the charges to process the claim in absence of the gifted email. In case of total Loss Compulsory deductible is 5% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 1000/- in case of each and every loss where the Purchase Invoice is available and produced at the time of claim. In case the beneficiary is unable to produce the purchase invoice at the time of claim, excess shall be 10% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 2, 000/- in case of each and every loss of such gadget.
