I have purchased an extended warranty plan from one assist for my window ac. I have raised a complaint regarding ac not working on 23/03/25 bearing service request no 41565367. Every time I call one assist care, they have only one answer that we are working on our request give us 1 or 2 days and after 20 days my plan was expired, now he is saying we're unable to provide the service because your plan is expired.
As my experince they are cheating to us.
