OneAssist Consumer Solutions — OneAssist team not resolving our claim

I have made a complaint for tv service on 2 of march and scheduled a visit by 5 of march. But no one visited and i received a notification like claim was closed due to i was not answered. But i didn't received any calls on that time. Again i called customer care and informed everything, then it scheduled again at mar 10 and i asked the justification for why my claim was closed without my knowledge when i didn't receive any call from your end. No update about that as of now.

Now it is again rescheduled to 13 of march without my knowledge, reason is same like customer not contactable after 3 attempts. i have provided 2 alternative numbers. But we didn't receive any calls. The service team is providing fake update and not visiting the product. There is no use of speaking with their customer representative persons.

I need a immediate visit and need a justification about why my previous claim was closed and new claim was closed without calling the customer and their knowledge even customer provided 2 alternate numbers
