I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue with my TV repair claim under the protection plan offered by OneAssist.

Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, the matter remains unaddressed, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

At the time of purchase, I was explicitly assured that in the event of any physical damage, I would only be required to pay ₹500, and a technician would repair the TV without any additional charges.

Furthermore, the actual problem appears to stem from a different technical cause, which should be covered under the protection plan. The lack of transparency and inadequate service is extremely disappointing.

I urge the concerned team to investigate this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution.
