OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Service not Provided

We bought a Samsung washing machine from Vasanth & Co (Tiruvottiyur branch, Chennai), and I also purchased an additional one-year warranty from OneAssist.
Now my washing machine has a sensor issue. We raised a complaint with OneAssist on 10th November 2025, and they created the service request (SR[protected] on 12th November 2025. They then raised a request for the replacement part on 19th November 2025.

However, my issue is still not resolved. It has been almost 15 days, and I have not received any response from either One Assist or Vasanth & Co.

Also they didn't mention any tentative date in the message from One Assist, Vasanth & Co and One Assist are trying to cheat us
