OneAssist Consumer Solutions — TV repair rejection on warranty period and duplicate panel installation

Sir,

I bought a TV online on 08 March 2023 and registered for an extended warranty of Rs. 4099 valid till 04 March 2026 with One Assist Consumer Solution. The policy No is [protected]. Once the same TV showed display issue. I file a request to One Assist for service. The service agent changed with a duplicate/serviceable panel..After the TV was repaired, the problem is shown on the display every time. Now again, as per my request ID number 51076267, the representative took the TV for repair,

Now the company has informed me that it cannot be repaired now and they will refund me Rs 13853.
In this connection please direct service centre to repair my TV as per the warranty policy at the earliest
