OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Unjustified Rejection of Warranty Claim, Service Request # 57738672

I am very shocked by the reasons being used to reject claims, specifically the one applied to my recent claim file (Service Request #[protected] regarding issue in my device (Mobile – Nokia G42 5G) as per below.

I purchased this extended warranty plan at the time of buying the device specifically so that if my phone developed any problems in the future, I would be provided with service. However, you have rejected the claim I filed using a very unusual reason, as stated below:

Reason: NON-ADMISSIBLE - UNDERAGE C...

Because I purchased this device in my name (Sonali Goyal) and the plan was also in my name, and I am approximately 39 years old, but I don't understand why you rejected my claim based on my age. Am I to understand that you deliberately look for such reasons to avoid paying out claims?
