[Resolved]  Online SBI — ATM DEBIT CARD NOT RECEIVED

I lost my ATM Debit card and got it blocked on 27.08.2014 and applied for new card on 18.09.2014, but I have not received card even after 45 days. Again I applied for the same on 10.11.2014 on the advice of concerned bank manager. So far I have not received my card. Pl. look into the matter and do needful. The details are as follows: NAME: M.V.K.SASTRY SB.AC.NO. [protected] BRANCH: SBI, Nuclear Fuel Complex(09071), ECIL POST, MALLAPURAM, HYDERABAD 500062 R.R.DIST.
