I TRY TO WITHDRAW A AMOUNT OF RS 10000 FROM ONGC COLONY COMPLEX NAZIRA.BUT THOUGH THE SAID AMOUNT WAS NOT DISPENSE, YET IT IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT . I CONTACT SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER EXCUITIVE BUT FOR EVERY TIME THEY ARE UNABLE TO LUNCH THE COMPLAIN BY SAYING TECHNICAL DEFECT.NOW I FEAR WHETHER I RETURN THE AMOUNT OR NOT.
