Online SBI — inability to use internet banking

I am customer of your esteemed bank account no [protected] in AF Stn Sirsa from last 4 months. AT the time of opening of account i have been issued userid and password on my request. with that i am unable to use internet banking facility. For that i have lodged numerous complaints to this local branch including a written complaint. Till now nothing has been done. I request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
