[Resolved]  Online SBI — Regarding deceased claim

I like to inform you that my mother Late Kanika Das had her pension account in SBI, Kalindi Housing Estate, Kolkata ( A/C No. [protected]). After the death of my mother on 26.03.2013, I informed the bank regarding her death and intended to make the deceased claim on 14.05.2013 but the bank rejected the claim narrating verbally that the total formalities were not fulfilled. After verbal advices in many time at different dates from the bank officials regarding the formalities to be followed for deceased claim, finally it was received on 22.03.2014. But till date, I have not received any response from the bank. I afraid that probably my application was misplaced by the concerned bank. So your kind intervention is solicited to make an enquiry regarding the matter and take the necessary measure. Subrata Das, P-153, Kalindi Housing Estate, Kolkata- 700089 Mob.
