Myvirtualplaza — Mobile ordered cheat by Myvirtual plaza

Yes this is a fraud company, i have ordered Micromax mobile and i didn't get it. If i call to the Hyderabad branch, they are not receiving the the call. [censored]ing ...

I am also one more victim my order (MVP0014446, Micromax a110) is also not delivered yet. I purchased it on 30/12/2012 and as per information on the site product should be delivered within 6-7 working days but it's already 10 days since I purchased and I haven't got even a single status report from their side. I tried both the contact no.[protected] and +91- [protected] given on the site (www.myvirtualplaza.com) but they were never reachable (busy/engaged or switched off). So I decided to roll back may paid amount and I have asked my bank to do so.

So I decided to file complaint in consumer court .

Virtual plaza is cheating the people, govt. should ban this site

I have placed an online order with www.virtualplaza.com on 18/01/2013 for Micormax A110 (order No MVP0017830)and paid Rs 9800/- through my Credit Card.Till date I have not received product and I am not able to communicate on any media.Given contact numbers are not working and there is no response for emails.This seems to be big fraud company and Bank gateway should stop such company to take payment.

Dont get panic. I ordered MMX A110 (White) on 18th jan (MVP 0018021) and I got it on 31st in excellent condition.

I ordered Micromax A110 on 09/01/2013 and paid by bank transfer with great expectation. There was no communication after that. Then on 19/01/2013 their customer support mailed me saying stocks are expected in 3-5 days. Their phone numbers are virtually non existent.

In response to my mail, they again responded on 22/01/2013 that product has been despatched. As I write this, nothing has turned up at my address.

I wonder if it takes so long... I could very well have learnt how to manufacture a mobile phone!!

It is disheartening to note that despite numerous complaints about them, they continue to trade and fleece customers. Shame on you scammers... you could very well close down your company and earn some good karma.
