[Resolved] Paytm Bus — very disgusting experience with PayTm and its bus operator | |
I booked bus ticket via PayTM.com on the ticket they did not mention any details except Bus operator name and Ticket PNR. then i wrote EMAIL to so called PayTM customer care [protected]@paytm.com. They have given operator number. I called up and asked about the ticket details they had given bus number and bus manager number. but on the actual journey day when board into the bus the manager in the bus who behaved very rude with and said that your are not listed in chart and through me out of the bus and i called up the number which i have called earlier they said that you are not listed in our Database, go and talk with who ever sold ticket to you. at that time what can i do, it is almost 10.30 PM even the i got some number of PayTM office and called up no body lifted phone and wrote to mail to customer care no replay as of now.
