unnesseary deduction of money during online mobile recharge
during the prosses of payment of online mobile recharge my net speed was slow and my mobile will be not recharged of Rs.65 of this number [protected] of videocan service and this amount will be deducted from my Net Banking (Tamilnad Mercantile Bank) account.

Sir, it is more than one month till now I didn’t get my cash back in my a/c from “pay tm”. Actually during online mob recharge on date 23-nov-2012, the recharge was failed and my money was deduct from my account, total an amount of Rs. 310.00 (98.00x2 and 57.00x2). Then on date 01-nov-2012, the same problem occur during recharge, during this time total an amount Rs.123.00 (98.00+25.00). Below I am giving the detail of the recharge process.
